Rules of Thumb
Game Play: Whoa-horsie is a self-monitored game and uses a system known as kicking, or booting. Each horse and human has it's own kick meter. Once that kick meter reaches 100% the horse or human in question can no longer be used in the game. If a member has three characters with a 100% kick meter their account will automatically be closed and they are removed from the game.
Whoa-Horsie uses a system of checks and balances to help alleviate members from abusing the kick system. New members have little kicking power. Older members, more active members, and those with higher ranked characters have more kicking power. This allows for active and respected players to monitor the goings on in each herd and ranch.
Because Whoa-Horsie is self-monitored there is little to no administrative supervision on gameplay. For this reason members must be 16 or older to play without a parent's permission. Members post and play at their own risk. If you are a parent and want your child removed from the game please contact help@whoa-horsie.com.
Getting The Boot: Members kicked from the site will not have their account restored or unlocked and they may not create another new account. If one of your horses or humans is kicked don't worry, your kick meter will drop over time. All members kick meters drop at the same rate no matter their kicking power.
So, Get To The Rules Already: Each herd and ranch is responsible for making and upholding their own set of rules and standards of conduct. Whoa-horsie is not responsible for upholding any rules made. Otherwise, all members are subject to the site terms of service, privacy policy, and disclaimer.
Staff Override: Whoa-horsie reserves the right to ban, block, or boot any member without prior warning or notification. They also reserve the right to remove or delete accounts without warning, even if the account has paid money to use or access this website.
Reasons for a staff override include, but are not limited to:
- Pornographic material or links
- Excessive cussing
- Spamming
- Harassment, crude or rude behavior, threats, solicitation, racisim and bullying
- Breaking local, state or federal laws
- Violation of copyright laws
- Asking for personal information: full name, address, phone number, school
